E-mail Campaign | Trinity Turf
In the newly created PR and Marketing Role at Trinity Turf Inc., I established a strong database of client email contacts and designed and created the company's very first email campaign. With a 56% open rate the company was able to place themselves in business owners minds for the upcoming re-seeding and busy season. The newsletter also helped gain "Likes" on the Trinity Turf Facebook page.

As the Commuity Relations and Outreach Coordinator intern, I took on many roles: everything from posting to community calandars, working with local non-profits, such as Cinderella Dreams, planning and implementing promotional events, writing public relations materials, working administrative duties at shows and events, and posting to social media platforms.

Under a temporary contract, I helped Dr. Meredith Diehl of Norfolk, Va., launch social media platforms to compliment her start-up online retial business, Skin by MDmd. Specializing in high-end skin products Dr. Diehl wanted a clean professional, friendly, and informative feel on all of her platforms. I created and implemented an editorial content calandar to create three successful social media platforms.

In my Social Media class at VCU, myself and a group of four other students created a temporary Social Media personaliaty, Social Ram Lifestyle. We managed a Facebook and Twitter page for the account. I did content research and implimented an editorial content calandar, as well as manageing the Twitter account.
